CCTV

Our premises at Unit 4, Station Industrial Estate, Wokingham are monitored by CCTV for the security of our staff, customers and stock. Signs are displayed on site. Footage is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically, unless it is needed for an investigation or an insurance claim.

To keep our premises secure. CCTV protects our staff, customers and stock.

We rely on: performance of a contract for design, supply, installation, orders and aftercare. Legal obligation for accounting records. Consent for marketing emails, non-essential cookies and project photography. Legitimate interests for answering enquiries, running and securing this website, and CCTV at our premises.

How do we handle photographs of your home?

We photograph and film the projects we complete and use that material on our website, in our showroom, in print and on social media. We ask for your permission before we do this.

We do not publish your name or the full address of your property. We identify projects by the general area only, for example the town or village.

If you have previously agreed and want your project removed or anonymised, contact us and we will do it.

Who do we share your information with?

  • Our suppliers and manufacturers, where we need to place an order or arrange a delivery to you

  • Our installers and fitters, where they need access arrangements and site details

How long do we keep it?

  • Enquiries where a project does not go ahead: 1 year

  • Client project records, including drawings, specifications and photographs: 5 years after completion

  • Accounting records: 6 years, as required by law

  • CCTV footage: 30 days

  • Marketing contact details: until you ask us to stop

What are your rights?

Under UK data protection law you can:
